Emergency Fund for Student Inductions

Your Gift Will Make a Difference

The Society’s best-known mission is to recognize the most accomplished liberal arts and sciences graduates in the country each spring. When you contribute to the Society today, your gift will include support for our new Emergency Fund for Student Inductions

Many students have lost campus jobs or post-graduation employment, and their families have suffered financially from the pandemic. That is why the Society launched the Emergency Fund for Student Inductions, a tangible recognition of the widespread financial challenges created by the Covid-19 crisis.

At a time when students have lost so many opportunities this year, your support ensures that hard-working students with demonstrated need receive the recognition they earned. Your gift will also support the Society’s important work as we grow and adjust valued programs such as our National Arts & Sciences Initiative, our acclaimed Visiting Scholar Program, and Key Connections, a program that will grow in significance as our newest members seek to build relationships and pursue potential employment with other Phi Beta Kappa members in their communities.

Donate Now    .   .

Our chapter is deeply grateful to the many donors who are contributing to the Emergency Fund for Student Inductions. Your generous gifts, along with moral support from the Delaware Valley Association and pledges from Temple faculty, departments, and programs, will allow us to cover 100 percent of induction fees for students in need during these difficult times.
