P. Gabrielle Foreman, a 2022 MacArthur Fellow who is the Paterno Chair of Liberal Arts and Professor of English, African American Studies, and History at Penn State University, will visit Spelman College and Morehouse College on March 29-31, 2023. Professor Foreman's public lecture, "Why Didn’t We Know? Colored Conventions and the Long History of Black Organizing," will be held on Thursday, March 30 at 6:00pm ET at Morehouse College's King International Chapel, 830 Westview Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30314.
