Julian Cohen is a senior at Brown University studying history and international and public affairs. Passionate about the intersection of history and politics, he is dedicated to understanding how social inequalities and institutional practices shape government policies and impact everyday lives. On campus, Julian is actively involved with Brown's student-run think tank, where he has researched and introduced legislation to ban the coercive interrogation of minors. Committed to supporting individuals affected by an unfair and overly punitive justice system, he hopes to pursue a career in policy reform, either as a state representative or policy advisor. Julian is originally from Chicago, Illinois.
