Shay Doshi

Shay Doshi is a rising senior at Claremont McKenna College dual-majoring in International Relations and Public Policy with a Legal Studies Sequence. He is passionate about promoting human rights, civil liberties, and democratic governance, and is currently conducting research evaluating community-led alternatives to development in the Global South.  

Last summer, he worked as a Hilltern in Representative Sean Casten's Office, where he gained firsthand exposure to the legislative process. On campus, Shay is a member of CMC's 4th-ranked Model United Nations team, serves as a Program and Research Assistant with the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies, and works as a campus tour guide.  

Whether at school or at home in Burr Ridge, Illinois, he loves to play basketball and soccer, discover new music, and add restaurants to his Beli list.
