Date and Time: Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Location: The home of Carolyn Stefanco (ΦΒΚ, University of Colorado Boulder) and McGuire Gordon in Roswell, Georgia.
RSVP: Let the association know if you will be attending by sending an email to pbkatlanta@yahoo.com by noon on Monday, October 26, 2026. Include your name (and name of your guest if applicable), college/university and year of PBK induction, phone number, and confirmation that you have paid your 2026 dues (or, if you have graduated in the past three years, that you signed up online for a complimentary “recent inductee membership”). If you’re unsure of the status of your membership, send the association an email. The event address will be shared with members who RSVP. 40 guests can be accomodated at this event; early registration is recommended!
Membership: As a reminder, memberships for the Atlanta alumni association (paid and complimentary) reset on each new calendar year. Your annual dues are the backbone of our organization’s ability to accomplish its mission to champion education in the arts and sciences, foster freedom of thought, and recognize academic excellence. Levels of support are $45 (Membership), $95 (Sponsoring Membership – supporting our Book Awards Program), and $135 (Contributing Membership). Visit the Atlanta Association's website (https://www.phibetakappa-atlanta.org/join) to pay dues via PayPal. If you prefer, you can mail a check (made out to “Metropolitan Atlanta Alumni Association of Phi Beta Kappa”) to Treasurer William Miller at 377 Pinecrest Road NE, Atlanta, GA, 30342.
Election: At the meeting, the association will hold an election for board members and officers who will serve a two-year term from 2027 through 2028.
