What: You are invited to join other members of the PBK Boston Association for their monthly mingle at The Concord Museum, acknowledging the 250th anniversary of our country’s founding. Tickets are $16 for adults and the tour takes 1 to 2 hours. Welcome to the Concord Museum — Concord Museum
If time permits and there is interest, the home of Ralph Waldo Emerson is literally across the street from the Concord Museum, at 28 Cambridge Turnpike in Concord. Tours are offered continuously during open hours and take approximately 45 minutes. Last tours begin at 4:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults. It is reasonable to anticipate that both venues will be busy during the tourist season and especially at the 250th anniversary, so this may not make the Emerson House a practical add-on.
The association will repair afterwards to Bedford Farms Ice Cream at 68 Thoreau Street, Concord, MA 01742, near the Concord Commuter Rail Station (with ride-sharing there for those who came by public transportation)
