The Indiana Association invites local members to join them for an afternoon of history, mystery, and connection on Saturday, September 26 at 2:00 p.m. as part of the 2026 Key Connections event series.

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of Phi Beta Kappa, join the Alpha Association of Indiana for a journey through downtown Indianapolis and the history of Phi Beta Kappa in the city. Participants will walk between three sites significant to the local association and to notable Indianapolis leaders who were Phi Beta Kappa members. The sites will remain a mystery, with clues revealed along the way!

Along the route, participants will explore the philosophical and civic questions Indianapolis Phi Beta Kappa members pondered throughout the 20th century and engage in conversation about similar questions facing critical thinkers today. The afternoon will conclude with an optional happy hour at a rooftop bar, where your first drink and snacks will be provided by the Association!
