Join the Phi Beta Kappa Association of Southern Callifornia for an afternoon of networking and community at on September 26 at Santa Monica Brew Works at 12:00 p.m. as part of the 2026 Key Connections event series.
The event includes a welcome and icebreaker, an optional guided speed networking session featuring timed conversations with pre-written discussion prompts, a break, and open networking. Participants are welcome to exchange contact information during the event.
Schedule:
- Welcome & Icebreaker (12:00–12:15 p.m.)
- Optional Speed Networking (12:15–1:00 p.m.)
- Break (1:00–1:15 p.m.)
- Open Networking (1:15–2:45 p.m.)
- Closing (2:45–3:00 p.m.)
Those not participating in speed networking are welcome to join at 1:15 p.m. for open networking. Registration includes participation in all event activities. The first 60 Phi Beta Kappa attendees will receive one complimentary beverage. Complimentary beverages do not extend to guests.
Additional food and beverages are not included and may be purchased individually from Santa Monica Brew Works.
Guests are welcome, though please limit attendances to one guest per Phi Beta Kappa member. Attendees are asked to register by September 16, 2026.

Throughout the fall, Phi Beta Kappa alumni associations host Key Connections events to celebrate the lifelong community of Phi Beta Kappa. Attending a Key Connections event is a great way to meet fellow members in your area, build connections after a recent move, or spend time with others who share a love of learning.
