Join The Secretary's Circle
The Phi Beta Kappa Society invites its most generous and loyal members to take part in a distinctive opportunity within the Society. The Secretary’s Circle comprises Phi Beta Kappa Society members who make a commitment to give an annual gift of $1,776 or more in support of the goals of the Society.

Your Impact:

Your gift maintains our voice in national conversations, on campus and off campus, on behalf of the enduring value of the liberal arts and supporting free expression.

Your investment strengthens our National Arts and Sciences Initiative, demonstrating that the arts and sciences expand opportunity, drive innovation, and make a strong investment in America.

Your contribution promotes the work of outstanding scholars through our Visiting Scholars Program, supporting lectures and student-focused seminars at more than 100 campuses each year.

Your support amplifies Cities of Distinction, shining a national spotlight on metropolitan areas that recognize the value of the arts and sciences to their communities.

Your donation makes possible new initiatives like Key Connections, fostering a cohort of young ΦBK leaders through networking and mentoring across ΦBK generations.

Your generosity sustains the tradition of excellence in our publication for alumni, The Key Reporter, and our award-winning magazine, The American Scholar.

Your gift positions the national office staff as a connecting point for sharing resources, promoting best practices, and offering guidance to all 286 chapters and 49 associations at the heart of ΦBK.
