The name "Phi Beta Kappa", the Greek letters "ΦΒΚ ", the Phi Beta Kappa Key, the newsletter name "The Key Reporter" and the Magazine name "The American Scholar" are registered trademarks of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. All rights in and to each and all  said marks of the Phi Beta Kappa Society are reserved.

Unauthorized use of the marks without the written consent of the Phi Beta Kappa Society is trademark infringement and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Any production or sale of unauthorized products or services is a violation of the Federal Lanham Trademark Act of 1946, the Federal Trademark Act of 1984, and infringement and unfair competition laws of the various states. Such violations are subject to liability for damages, injunctive relief, attorney's fees and other penalties, civil and criminal.
