Unauthorized use of the marks without the written consent of the Phi Beta Kappa Society is trademark infringement and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Any production or sale of unauthorized products or services is a violation of the Federal Lanham Trademark Act of 1946, the Federal Trademark Act of 1984, and infringement and unfair competition laws of the various states.
