The lunch includes rolls and butter, a house salad, choice of entrée (filet of salmon, chicken Manchego, or eggplant rollatini), haricots verts with tomatoes, whipped sweet potatoes, and dessert bars and cookies, with coffee, assorted teas, and iced tea.

Bryan Guido Hassin, Chief Executive Officer of DexMat, will be the speaker. His talk is titled: “We Cannot Build the Future with the Materials of the Past.” Bryan is an entrepreneur and leader building a sustainable, prosperous, equitable future. As CEO of DexMat, he is leading the scaleup of advanced carbon materials to render steel, aluminum, and copper obsolete. Prior to DexMat, Bryan was cofounder and CEO of Third Derivative, the world’s largest climate tech innovation ecosystem. Bryan is a Board Director at Pyrophyte, GIVEWATTS, and LabStart. He earned his MBA with Honours and Leadership Distinction at IMD in Switzerland and his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Rice University, where he played football for the Owls.
