• 24 Friday, Oct Holy Trinity Parish Episcopal Church PBK Atlanta & Oxford University Atlanta Alumni Association October 2025 Members’ Mingle

You are invited to a special PBK Atlanta Members’ Mingle for October. We are pleased to be joining the Oxford University Atlanta Alumni Association on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 7 p.m., at a book talk that is free and open to the public. A Cappella Books and Georgia Center for the Book are hosting an event featuring Dr. Tom Frieden, former Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and current CEO of Resolve to Save Lives. The event at Holy Trinity Parish Episcopal Church in Decatur will honor Frieden’s new book, The Formula for Better Health: How to Save Millions of Lives – Including Your Own. The book explains the formula to stop invisible killers – an approach that can protect your health and prevent the next pandemic – from one of the most influential public health leaders in the U.S. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the venue.
