David M. Rabban, the Dahr Jamail, Randall Hage Jamail, and Robert Lee Jamail Regents Chair in Law and Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Texas School of Law, will visit West Virginia University on February 26-27, 2026. Professor Rabban's lecture, "The First Amendment Right of Academic Freedom", will be held on Thursday, February 26 at 11:00am CT at the WVU College of Law, Fitzsimmons Event Hall. The lecture is free and open to the public, though RSVPs are preferred by February 20.
