Mark Palmer, Professor of Geography at the University of Missouri, will visit The University of Maine on March 26-27, 2026. Professor Palmer's lecture, "Documenting Land Dispossession: The Origin of GIS and Land Grab Universities", will be held on Thursday, March 26 at 3:30 pm ET in the Buchanan Alumni House. The lecture is free and open to the public.
