Mary Favret, Professor of English at Johns Hopkins University, will visit Hollins University on October 9-10, 2025. Professor Favret's lecture, "Silent Reading and the Invention of Intimacy", will be held on Thursday, October 9 at 7:30pm ET in Green Drawing Room, Main Building. The lecture is free and open to the public.
