Prosanta Chakrabarty, the E.K. Hunter Chair for Communication in Science Research, Professor and Curator of Fishes at the Museum of Natural Science and Department of Biological Sciences at Louisiana State University, will visit The College of Wooster on February 5-6, 2026. Professor Chakrabarty's lecture, "Why Teaching and Understanding Evolution Still Matters", will be held on Thursday, February 5 at 7:00pm ET in Lean Lecture Room, Wishart Hall. The lecture is free and open to the public.
