Shannon Jackson, the Cyrus and Michelle Hadidi Professor of the Arts & Humanities at UC Berkeley and the Chair of the History of Art department, will visit UC Irvine on May 7-8, 2026. Professor Jackson's lecture, "The Arts, Democracy, and Public Life", will be held on Thursday, May 7 at 6:00pm PT in ALP 1300. The lecture is free and open to the public.
